In the event that a product is on backorder, the customer will be notified and given the option of canceling their order or waiting for the product to arrive. We make every effort to keep our site updated with backorder information, however, we may occasionally miss something.
We try to label all backorder items with a checkbox on our website so that you are aware of the backorder at the time that you place your order.
Please note that we hold all orders and ship complete. If you order two things that are in stock, and one that is on backorder, we will hold the entire order until the back ordered item is in stock and then ship your order complete.
