We are typically able to ship your order within 48 business hours of when the order was placed. During the fall and winter months, it may take slightly longer. Business hours are Monday - Friday from 8-6 pm. For more specific information, please see the description of processing time on the item that you purchased. Items that have a significantly longer lead time will be labeled as such.
In the event that your part is a special order, there will be a checkbox that you will have to click to acknowledge the extended lead time for your order.
We ship all orders complete. If one item on your order is a special order or is on backorder, we will hold your entire order until that part comes in. To avoid this, please order your backorder or special order items separately.
