How can I track my order?

We typically ship all orders within 48 business hours.  As soon as your order is packaged for shipment we will send you an e-mail with your tracking information.  If you feel sufficient time has passed please look through your junk or spam folder for tracking information.

Alternately, you can click on "sign in" in the upper right-hand corner of our website and view your order information.  Any tracking numbers will also display with the order information, as well as the processing status.

You can also use our handy chatbot to check your order status, just ask him "where is my order?" and he will provide tracking info.
