What is your return policy?

All returns must be sent back pre-paid, with a tracking number, unused in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. We do not reimburse for any fees that you incur to send the product back to us. All products will be tested before a refund will be issued, if the product is not in proper working order you will not receive a refund. You will have 30 days from the date the RMA is issued to return the item/s. Returns without an RMA or returns sent to the incorrect address will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

10% Restocking Fee

Most parts have a 30-day return period. Returns in this timeframe are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Simply request the RMA and print a copy to include in the box with the part(s) you are returning. You will be refunded the original purchase price minus the 10% deduction. Refunds are typically issued within 1 week after the part is received in our warehouse.

Now Accepting Returns on Control Boards

Previously we were unable to accept returns on sensitive parts such as control boards. We now seal parts in a clear, heat-sealed package. This allows you to compare the new part to your existing part and determine if you wish to keep it. As long as that tamper-evident seal has not been opened, we can accept the return.
